  • Do I need to register if I am unlimited or just drop in?

Do I need to register if I am unlimited or just drop in?

Yes. pre-registering for class is a way to guarantee your space. With the COVID-19 rules we have to maximize the space between people in the studio.

  • What if I regester and can not make it?

I get it, life can sometimes change with out notice. You will have uptill 1 hour before class to cancel your registration.

If you pre register for a drop in and do not show you, you will not be able to pre register again without paying upfront.

If you pre register as an unlimited student and do not show up, your package may be suspended.

  • What do I need to bring?

With COVID -19, please bring at least your own mat. If you do not have one you can borrow one from us, but you will need to clean it off after class. I also have straps, blocks, blankets and bolsters.

  • Can I wear Shoes or Socks?

Shoes stay in front, they are not allowed in the room.  It is better to have them then want them... so feel free to bring them with you. for a standing practice (hatha or vinyasa) they will end up getting in the way but its your choice.

  • Where do I keep my stuff during class?

I keep the door locked during class, (you can unlock it at any time)  so you can bring your purse or bag and keep it in the front.  feel free to bring a bottle of water into the room.

  • What safety precautions are you taking?

I have an industrial-strength ozone machine that will be run weekly. The studio will be cleaned daily. But I rely on YOU to clean the borred items after use and to really bring your own yoga "tools".

  • To mask or not to mask?

PLEASE STAY HOME IF YOU DONT FEEL WELL.  You are more than welcome to wear a mask for practice. It will be easier for yin and way more challanging for hatha, but it is your choice.

OM
This frequency is said to calm the heart, brain. Modern science shows it also calms the belly by way of the vagus nerve. It is not  a religious thing- although there is evidence that AMEN came out of AUM (the actual spelling)
